I love using ABCya in my teletherapy sessions! The interactive games are very motivating and help to increase engagement, especially for the little ones who are having to sit in front of a computer all day for school.

Here are some of my favorites:

HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES

There are themed games for a variety of holidays including Halloween, Christmas, Hanukkah, Valentine's Day, etc.

HOW DO I USE THESE ACTIVITIES IN THERAPY?

I love using these activities with my preschoolers, kindergarteners, and special day class students to target :

  • Requesting (e.g. "I want__")

  • Basic Concepts (e.g. colors, shape, size, patterns)

  • Prepositions (e.g. on, under, next to)

  • Core Words (e.g. want, like, I, on, put, my turn, yes, no)

  • Labeling

I hope this post has given you some great ideas!

Have a wonderful week!
