  • increase motivation/engagement

  • as a brain break/movement break

  • target simple wh questions

  • discuss/review vocabulary

  • model core words

  • connect with students

Head over to this tab to meet Pete and all of his friends! There are little bios for each character. You can:

  • target wh questions

  • use the info as conversation starters

  • make connections to the stories that you have read

  • discuss the animals, where they live, what they eat, etc.

  • target describing
