For caseload evals (e.g. triennial, caregiver request), there are automations that fill in information once you select a student from the dropdown

7. Staff Contact Info & Log
After you fill in the names of staff members on the Staff Contact Info tab, you’ll get a dropdown list of staff member names on the Contact Log tab

Add your activities
Include links to digital resources you own (e.g. Boom Cards, Google Drive)
Paste links from online resources like YouTube read alouds, Abc Ya games, etc.
Now you have therapy plans for years to come!
9. Age Calculator
Enter the student's date of birth and the date you administered the evaluation = the student's age at evaluation will automatically be calculated for you
